The team is very responsive to any questions I have about their services. They always seem able to offer something new or different that makes sense when it comes time to execute my campaign. There are times where they can be inconsistent in how much follow-up there is after an email has been sent out (or even if you send them one), but overall the service is great! We've used them for several campaigns over 3 years now. It's hard not to recommend someone who does what they say they will and gives fantastic customer support! Great people, awesome product!
