I was glad to get this product so I could charge my phone and watch on the same platform and it worked fine for the first 3 1/2 weeks. I would place my phone on the charging pad and it would appear to light up while charging and I would wake up fully charged. However, about 10 nights ago I noticed that my phone was less than half charged when I woke up in the morning, even though my phone was on the charger in the same position as before bed. Every night I confirm that the house is charging when I put it on the platform and every morning I'm disappointed because it's not fully charged. Consistently (for more than a week) my phone wasn't fully charged when I woke up, mostly 40-60% at best. My Apple Watch wakes up fully charged, but I'm using an Apple charging puck wrapped in an Anker product (rather than the Anker technology per se), so that's to be expected. I give this device 1 star, avoid this product as it fails in less than a month of use.
