It's great! I bought them specifically for a day at the water park. I bought one for my little one who is almost 2 years old and wears the Stride Rite brand size 6. I bought size 6-7. They fit great! 1 or 2 times I had to raise my back (as seen in the photo) but I didn't mind. For my 4 year old who wears size 12 shoes I bought a size 11-11.5 because they weren't a size 12 (only a 12.5 or bigger and I didn't want them to fall off). They are perfect for him too. He even had a place in it. Like my toddler, I had to put one of the shoes on him one day. Both children's shoes left dents on the ankles, as did their socks. Not a single child complains of ailments. I didn't have much trouble putting them on on dry or wet feet. Definitely recommend spending a day at the water park or the beach!
