I received this item for my hybrid bike which I average 10-20 miles on weekends for fun. The main reason I chose this product over others is the ability to easily detach the phone for use without removing it from the holder. The problem is that the way this mount is made while it's still being studied and the phone isn't likely to fall out means the phone is constantly rattling when driving, even on slightly uneven surfaces. And the worse the surface of the earth is, the worse and louder the knocking becomes. The noise is quite annoying and when I ride alongside other bikers I notice that others are looking at me and my bike because the noise is so loud and distracting that others can hear it clearly. Incidentally, this rattling noise occurs no matter how well and firmly the bracket is connected to the handlebars. I haven't decided yet whether to keep it or return it as I'm waiting for other buyers or the seller to reply to the question I posed about whether this issue is fixable. Finally, I also think it's a bit overpriced for what it is, especially given that design flaw. Despite the fact that it shouldn't be more than 10-12 dollars.
