All contents were present and arrived in excellent condition but there were two main issues with this product. First, the console's power cord had an Australian plug that didn't fit my US outlets. I had to buy a replacement power cord, which became unusable due to the second and biggest problem: the power supply was dead, indicated by a faint blinking orange light. Fast forward two weeks and I finally got a console that works great with a spare power supply, but with a totally unnecessary additional investment of time and money.
