I bought this for my daughter for homework and needed to replace it before the end of the school year. So of course not satisfied with the quality. It supports many educational applications and is easy to set up and get started. If you're a snob when it comes to image sharpness and keyboard feel, you'll find that it's just average in that regard. Not bad but average. Might be a good buy for a young student or anyone who is not an avid computer user. We didn't really have any problems with him until he suddenly died.
