Great Platform, Excellent Customer Service

The customer service is excellent! I was able to get all my questions answered within minutes. They helped me set up an account with multiple email addresses so that everyone in our organization could access it from home at no cost. This software can be complicated but has many options for customization including templates which makes creating new folders seamless.
We are using this product primarily for storage purposes - we have been storing pictures (upwards of 500GB per person) and video recordings (over 1TB).

Pros

It's very easy, intuitive interface allows you take full advantage of their cloud system without needing any technical experience or background knowledge about file servers/archiving programs like NTFS permissions etc., making things as simple possible when uploading large volumes of data into one central location.and then retrieving them again whenever needed quickly & easily across platforms through web browsers
