Well I've been wearing this for about a month now. First, the middle ring of the bracelet looks like brushed metal while the outer ring is shiny. This gives the bracelet a slight sheen. As for the overall effect of "pain relief", I feel a slight difference after wearing it for a month. In the first few weeks, however, I didn't feel much of a difference. It's lightweight and doesn't weigh you down. The resizing tool is easy to use. No fatigue, less pain, overall I give this product an A rating.
