I doubted it though.
This shower head has a really powerful jet. The controls require some practice and it would be a good idea to set the normal jet instead of the massage jet first. Not sure if that saves water but the shower feels great now. Update: It worked fine for about a year and then started leaking a lot more when it paused. Now it doesn't stop at all. Since it was unusable, I disassembled it. The plastic housing that regulates the water flow appears to have cracked and eventually failed. In the photo I've moved the rubber seal so you can see the broken plastic better.
