Yes, do not buy it. I bought them because they were the same design as the headphones I bought with my phone years ago. My original pair ended up losing sound in one of the speakers so I ordered these as a replacement. It was delightful to hear the sound in both ears. Then the sound in the left earphone disappeared after about a month. I thought it was from walking in the rain but now I really doubt it. I was thankful for a second pair and used them for about 3-4 months before the right side stopped working. This meant that the microphone and volume buttons also stopped working. I used my headphones to answer calls for work when I was home, and having a broken mic was definitely more of a nuisance than not being able to listen to music. An earphone, okay, maybe I damaged it in the rain. Two earbuds broken in a few months? Yes, this is a sign of a poor quality product. I'm ashamed because I liked the way they fit in my ears.
