This product can be rated with 3 out of 5 stars. It doesn't even fit right. I even cut my finger when it rubbed the aluminum guide when pressing! Extreme care is required when assembling this product as it will not fit properly and you will need to use force if there is a risk of injury. with unpolished rail! Overall, the quality of the backpack itself might not be that bad, but the wheels and rails are cheap, and that plus the risk of assembling something unfinished just doesn't make this product worth the price. Maybe half what we paid as that would have been reasonable. This product just isn't worth the price. Maybe half what we paid for it would have been reasonable.
