I got rid of my baby's diaper rash with one liberal application. He never gets diaper rash but one night he pooped in his diaper and when I changed his diaper in the morning his skin was quite red and irritated. I hate using decitin because it doesn't contain any natural ingredients, but that's about all I had. I've been using Desitin all day and it has helped but not completely cleared the rash. As soon as I got this balm in the mail I applied it liberally to the baby's bottom and when I changed his diaper two hours later the redness and rash was completely gone. Wow! Also, my LO had a little scaly skin behind the ears, and just a little touch cleared them up within minutes. Great product!
