SHAME ON THAYERS FOR SACRIFICING QUALITY FOR PROFIT! Ingredients changed again with BAD results

I’ve loved this stuff for 6 years, then merely liked it for a year, & now I can say it’s officially turned to CRAP. Thayers changed their ingredients yet again, a 2nd time since last year, diluting it even more & causing a reaction on my skin. Photos show the old ingredients left compared to new ingredients right (not to be confused with the original ingredients 2 years ago when quality remained).I remember when phenoxyethanol was added last year, which was forgivable to me since their sales skyrocketed & demand caused the need for a preservative. But now they removed the grapefruit extract as well & increased the amount of bad things, & now my face is breaking out in a rash (I removed it from my routine for a week & tried it again, & within hours the rash reappeared, so YES it’s definitely this).SHAME ON THAYERS FOR TURNING ITS BACK ON ITS ORIGINAL CUSTOMER BASE THAT MADE THEM POPULAR IN THE FIRST PLACE, BECAUSE I WAS ONE OF THEM, & NOW IT’S ALL ABOUT PROFIT OVER EXCELLENCE OF QUALITY. Im done with the company just in time for their new products to hopefully not sell. They sacrificed their bread & butter products (& customer base) to release two dozen overly priced new products the past few months.Thayers is the very definition of corporate greed. Sorry, but I’m that pi$$ed over the recent QUIET changes they’re making without a single warning to customers paying their salaries. I give them 5 years before the regrets are palpable enough for the company to suffer, BUT IT WILL, because it was the health of their products that got them sold. #JustSaying.

Pros
  • My most favorite facial mist
Cons
  • Not recommended for those with rosacea
