The ability to manage various projects, tasks or orders from one central location has been an incredible benefit for our organization! It also helps us keep track of all project data including costs & budgets across multiple locations/departments within my own department as well throughout other departments at work (i'm not alone!).
I wish there was some sorta way we could have this information available anywhere that's easy enough so employees can access it when they need too without having their whole team come together during office hours just because someone needs something answered quickly? We've gotten rid off paper spreadsheets by using jeesoftware which makes tracking everything much easier than before with different people working independently towards similar goals but still needing each others input sometimes - if you're used to doing things manually then i'd say give them time till your comfortable learning how its done here first rather go through training.
