Poor quality Reading and lying pillow

I opened my package and it was one of those vacuum sealed products. But once I managed to remove the tape, the pillow didn't inflate as expected either. All the stuffing inside fell apart. Not sure if it was an old pillow that was wrapped for too long but I had to send it back.
