In general, the packaging is excellent, there are enough types and sizes of zippers to close almost any zipper. Instructions are difficult to understand (translation problems). I ended up going to YouTube and watched a few videos on how to replace zippers. In summary: 1. Using needle nose pliers, pull the metal tab at the top of the zipper2 out of the fabric. Slide the broken fastener all the way up and remove the zipper3. Put a new pull on the zipper and crimp it4. Replace the metal tab at the top with the same size from the repair kit. Everything is ready! Once I finally figured out how to fix the zippers I needed fixed, everything went smoothly and everything was done in less than 10 minutes. I would give this product five stars if the instructions were clearer or if they provided a link to a video to see how it works.
