I've installed several TV wall mounts like this one. They are all very similar. The main difference is how much weight they can carry and whether they can tilt and/or rotate. I ordered this to mount a small 43 inch TV on the wall in my dining room so my family could watch TV while eating. This bracket was very easy to install and the brackets were adjusted so that the holes on the brackets lined up perfectly with the holes on the back of my TV. Just remember that you will need to attach this bracket to the studs behind the drywall to keep the TV secure. So I recommend investing in a good spike finder so you can find the center of each spike. Once you've done that, the rest of the setup is very easy.
