I have a 14 inch monitor and a 27 inch monitor that I want to install but neither of them are compatible with my current phones. I bought one of these to try and it's been one of the most frustrating experiences trying to set this thing up. It was a waste of a day (seriously) and money. He goes in the trash. Quality: absolute junk. The pads protecting your monitor on the little protrusions kept falling off, the little bolts holding my hands are so bad one of them broke for me! Two of them are just stuck now and that's why I can't even get them to work. Size: I found the description misleading as I don't know what each special term means. I don't install monitors I have IT people in my office who can help me and I just need something that is easy to set up for WFH. When I see something that says it works for 13-27 inch monitors I assume it works for monitors of that size. My 27" monitor is 17" x 27" and I can't fit it. After a lot of frustrating and wondering what I'm doing wrong, I see a "limit" size in the description of 16.25" - I assume the bezel means the actual maximum size this thing is rated at Very annoying I was trying to use this on my 14" monitor which is really just part of my surface book screen. It looks more like a 14 x 10 inch tablet and is less than half an inch thick. You have to manipulate it and get creative to keep it 10 inches, but it works. I was hoping he could hold this monitor with his arms outstretched to the side to change the size, but the arms are so big and imposing they look awful. The monitor shakes in the mounts and it seems to me that all I ask is that it breaks. In addition, the screws and bolts are so junk that even the brackets don't hold up properly. In short, I do not recommend it. This can work for a very specific size monitor when installed by someone who doesn't need to set it up and move it (because using the screws more than twice will cause them to get stuck). This is definitely not a "universal" mount and not as flexible for different sizes and mounting needs as advertised. Plus - again full of junk that breaks and falls apart. that he could hold this monitor with his arms outstretched to change the size, but the arms are so big and imposing they look awful.
