Very cozy and has most likely saved me a few bucks on the heating bill as I've used the heater less because i basically live in this. It's a little pouchy in the front so forget looking "sexy".I unzipped and tossed the feet part as it felt like it was not long enough for my legs. A small part of one of the front pockets has started to tear, but it isn't running my day. I've slept in it once but i wouldn't recommend it as you may wake up sweating.it was extra cold that night so i allowed myself that just once. I am 5'6 and 140 lbs and i got the Medium size. Glad i did cause otherwise it would not have been a good fit cause it isn't very long. Hence why i took off the feet part.
