Easy to use and helpful for keeping staff up-to date
It has an advanced feature that allows me or my clients send messages from our mobile phone, so we can be more flexible in communicating with each other instead of having them come over just because I need help/advice at some point during their day! Sometimes it doesn't work very well when they are working remotely (not all employees have access) but this isn’t always due too much fault as sometimes you get problems within your network which makes things difficult - not something i personally would like if someone was relying heavily upon getting information via text message!! Great tool though once everything works how its meant then there really aren;ts any issues worth mentioning. Texting between team members who may live across town / state etc helps us keep connected without needing everyone's attendance every time one needs advice / guidance about anything related directly relating towards business activities such.
- It is a great tool for getting information directly to someone without the need of getting them to come in to the office just to ask them to get the information instead
- Sometimes the phone doesn't work very well if the person is working remotely or not within the same building we have an issue which is something we need to sort out with the network provider!
