The rave reviews for this product are true! I opened the box and saw that inside was everything to connect the aquarium. It was amazing, I'm sure it said so in the description but I can't remember. You rarely get everything you need. Now the little air pump is really cute. I plugged it in to try it out and I couldn't hear it, I had to check for air leaks! I hook it up to a large sponge filter for my 75 gallon fresh water tank. I turned the little tile on the back about halfway, thinking it was the Luftwaffe. I was right and it was like water boiling off. Danio liked it. I turned the sound off so it sits on a shelf in the closet and doesn't make any noise that I can hear. I'm happy, the fish are happy, the aquarium is clean. I call it a winner!
