I was a little surprised when this callus remover arrived as it was not at all what was pictured in the product description. Instead of a rotating disk, it has a tubular spindle. I really think this is the best design. It is powered by a rechargeable battery that takes about 3-4 hours to charge. I'm not sure how much time this gives you, but they offer a battery indicator and it hasn't moved much since I've used it. You only need few minutes of work to use it. It's very easy to use, with a simple on/off switch that also controls the speed. Press once to turn on low, press again for high, press again to turn off. The head is easy to remove and replace and easy to clean. They include a wide range of files, scrapers, brushes and other foot care tools. Too many to list, although I'm not sure I'll be using many/one of them. The callus remover is quite effective for my needs. The head is strong enough to treat rough calluses but can be applied gently enough not to damage softer skin. It can be used on wet or dry feet. A total of 3 nozzles are included in the kit. I'm not exactly sure where to order a replacement, but there is a sticker on the box with a customer service email address. I hope that a replacement can be ordered at this email address. It also comes with a head cleaning brush and a USB charging cable. The charger is not included, you are expected to connect it to a USB power source. Overall I am very happy with this product although it did not come as pictured. It is very effective and helps me a lot with dry, calloused feet in winter. Plus, it's a great price, especially considering all the "extras" they've added. I can definitely recommend it for foot care.
