My Opinion: I have two massagers and I have had them for many years. I can't imagine not having them. I spend a lot of time in the gym and I'm a big guy with a lot of soreness and knots. So I really rely on my massager. This one is of good quality - especially with the Shiatsu function - and most importantly durable. I have tried several other massagers before and none have lasted more than a year. I'll be honest - I penalize massagers based on how often I use them and my height (6ft 1,240lbs) so I'm impressed that they just keep working. Customer Service: Recently the lid on one of these started cracking - understandable given the heat generated by rubbing against clothing (even without the heater on). I contacted Zillion support and they took care of everything right away. I am a very happy customer. Cons: I wish the neck massager was at an angle (or something like that) to better pump up the shoulder and sling muscles. I have to tilt the car a lot and reach in a little to massage a little. Other Thoughts: I think this massager is a good option for those who really need a good, deep massage. I've had guests come up to me saying it's too hard for them, but then again they've never had a proper massage or they don't do the regularly strenuous things that require a good massage. Other comments comparing it to a masseuse's massage - give me a break, this is a machine that targets bigger muscles and gets the job done. In fact, in my experience, this machine is better than a human massage (not all) in terms of deep muscle massage - and a lot cheaper. I also recommend sitting on the cushion if you want it to be lower in the back and tilting the seat if you want it to be higher in the back. I even put the back of my leg on a neck massager to soothe a hamstring - great after a hard workout.
