I sleep on my back and when I'm on my side I sleep on my right side. None of them work well in pregnancy after 22 weeks. I needed something that would turn me left for good circulation. I'm about 200 pounds, 5ft 8 inches, I have a long torso and it supported me perfectly. It always stayed where I put it. When I was able to get back on my back after a cesarean, using it upside down under my knees to keep them bent was also really helpful.
