They fit so snugly in my ear that they actually block out all outside noise. They stay inside and the only reason I know they're in my ear is because I can't hear anything from outside. The sound quality is excellent. The bass is good for its size. The multifunction button on the headphones is a little hard to press and really hurts my ear. Nobody has complained about not being able to hear me talking to them while using these headphones. Overall a good buy.
