I was a little apprehensive when ordering this based on others' comments. Happy to report the mount has a very strong clip, well built and has no problem holding and moving a large monitor. I recently converted my office to a sit stand setup. I was originally going to buy a very expensive mount but didn't have it in stock so I went with this one to hold them. It works so well I canceled another order! This is one of the few arms that has a 25" travel and is adjustable. I can easily put my monitor in a standing position. The Connections are fairly firm and your hand can hold your monitor without moving out of position when you hit the table, aside from that the vibration really puts your hand on yours a monitor.
