This is exactly the high quality audio cable I was looking for to connect my iPod to the receiver. About a quarter inch thick. Outer coating, plugs - everything speaks only for quality. I bought other cords for about $8 less and they were empty laces. Its thickness makes it a bit inflexible so while it's perfect for certain uses like mine I can see it wouldn't be the best for anything that gets carried or moved frequently. Using it for something like this will stress the connector pin over time and result in either loss of stereo sound or a defective connector. To do this, you need more laces.
