He does what he says he will do.
I've only had the opportunity to use the product once so far, but despite this my hair (which at 77 is by no means softer and less frizzy than the previous shampoo and conditioner separately. I'm very satisfied with the results and looking forward to the next shampoo my only question is if it will be available online next time I need to order a shampoo.
