I like the hair clipper

I like the hair clipper but I don't understand the hair tool. I would give 5 stars for the haircut, these little rubber bands should not be pulled out of the hair, it hurts. I love using these little ties when my daughter goes in the pool and then I cut the tie off and throw it away. You don't have to worry about ruining our beautiful ribbons. A tool I can't see because I don't understand it and my instructions weren't in English.
