I like how easy it is to set up, as well as all of the different features available for our customers. The customer service team has been great! They are always quick to respond to questions or concerns you may have. It's nice being able to see your results in real time when using this software. Sometimes we don't get immediate feedback from some areas of our store (such as gift cards). This can be frustrating if there is an issue with one of those items. We've also had issues where certain people were not allowed to use their mobile device at checkout. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for something simple but effective. The ability to track what products are selling best and who they're selling them too is very helpful.
