The outside of the bag is made of nice soft material and the zipper is of good quality. The bag looks normal from the outside. But there are a couple of big issues in the bag. The lining of the bag is not the same shape as the outside of the bag. It doesn't have square corners like the outside of the bag and is much smaller, wasting a lot of space. See the third picture; The pinched spot is the unused space at the bottom of the bag along with both corners. I'll probably cut out the liner so I can use the bag at its full size. The bag is very cute, a little disappointing.
