5'8.5"155lbs I am a size that sometimes runs small and sometimes medium. I check that the measurement chart is right between small and medium and read that if I'm unsure, go up a size Satisfactory enough It's a bit big for a medium size so I was hoping a good wash would make it perfect This shirt shrinks VERY badly on medium/low heat Before washing the length was perfect but the width was a bit large.After washing, the length has decreased by almost TWO inches, and the width has decreased by about an inch.I like the width, arms, and neck after the wash, but the length has decreased too much , so it can easily show my stomach when I raise my hands, and with a slightly larger size or with drying and with a perfect fit, except for the length.
