The implementation process was quick, easy & seamless for us thanks to their expertise! If you are looking for managed detection/response services with full lifecycle support this is your one stop shop! We were able to get up an running quickly without any issues at all from them so far!! I've been using this product for over 3 years now, it's easy to use and very effective. The support is great as well! Nothing at all really - maybe just that we need more options in terms of customisation (like adding another language). Would definitely recommend. We are solving issues with data breaches, especially phishing attacks which has become an epidemic recently. It helps us keep our clients safe from threats like these.
