I almost got a large. Which Iv been having to do for the past couple years with a lot of brands. Im 5’8 149 lbs and I got a medium bc this is cotton, so the longer you wear is it’s gonna stretch some, with little to no snap back, and I’m glad I did. It’s snug and It holds my butt up , I have about 2” of room up top before a nipple slips out but again, I bet 3-4 hrs in it loosens up and fits just right. I have a camel toe hack so I’ll be implementing that. The straps are NOT adjustable.
