I like how easy it is to use! It's very customizable, so you can create your own workflows for different situations as needed (which makes me feel more secure). You have complete control of what happens with each task/assignment in terms or who gets them first etc., which allows us flexibility when we need that extra reassurance from our client side before they accept something back into their system without question - this has saved SO MANY HOURS OF TIME. There are no downsides at all; everything about N1CP was great!! The only thing i dislike sometimes while using nocp-admin console its slow but not really an issue because there aren't any other options out here yet if thats where u r looking 4 help. !
