Perhaps a good device in terms of equipment, but I only had problems with mine. It has been unusable since I bought it in March, although I have sent it to a Panasonic repair center 3 times. When playing, it initially overheated, which led to a deterioration in the quality of the tape, and therefore the recording. (Since I didn't try to reproduce anything initially, I only noticed this problem after the seller's return window closed.) Panasonic's service center twice said they would fix it, but didn't. The third time, this problem seemed to be solved, but no matter what they did, a new bug popped up: it won't play - it inexplicably goes straight into fast-forward mode when I try! It's probably Lemon what's happening, but Panasonic has so far refused to replace it. I'm surprised they are so determined to support their own product at the risk of damaging their brand. After this experience, I will never buy a Panasonic product again. I recommend that you keep an eye on this issue with this model so that it is not a design flaw. The most important lesson I've learned is: always buy from a retailer that has a minimum 30-day return policy, and check what you're buying during that window.
