I've been using this product for about 6 months and I love it. My hair is very long, dyed and heat styled. This is magic for keeping my hair healthy. Here's what I like: The product is thick and absorbs completely into my hair. It works fast - you will feel the difference after leaving it on for 7 minutes. For extra penetration, I wrap a hot towel around my head in the shower and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Ideal for use after coloring and as a weekly deep conditioner. It's an economical, no-frills product - you're not paying too much for a name here. But this is no worse than what I bought in a cosmetics store. I'm buying this through the subscribe and keep program which saves further costs. One can lasts me a month - I use it after coloring (every 3 weeks) and as a weekly deep conditioner. so with my very long hair it's about 5-6 applications per pot. Maybe it takes 2 months if you have shoulder length hair, maybe even 3 if you have very short hair. The smell is very neutral which was disappointing at first as I love the smell of good hair products. But that's probably fine for most people since the scent doesn't compete with your perfume or lotion. Overall I highly recommend this product.
