I ordered it with skeptical conviction but lately I've been getting seizures in my ankles and I'm crazy. Ready to try something different. Daily intake of ibupropene is harmful to the body. Arrived in record time, took 3 days. Nice box with instructions on how to remove or add links to the anklet. A tool was even provided for this BUT (reason for four stars) there were no additional links as stated in the instructions. Luckily, it fits right out of the box. I have a women's size 9 foot with a fairly average ankle size. If you are a tall person it may not fit without these extra links.
