Review on 🎧 Sainellor Stretchable Bone Conduction Headphones: Wireless Sports Headsets for Running, Driving, Cycling (Grey) by Brad Bryant

Revainrating 3 out of 5

chunky, not too sure, sound quality is better for speech than music

These are my first bone conduction headphones so I can't compare them to others on the market. I will say that for this price the sound quality in these headphones is noticeably inferior to in-ear headphones in terms of dynamic range and clarity. The sound is so bad that I don't want to listen to music through them. I only use them for voice (e.g. sports, news, podcasts, phone calls, etc.). They're also significantly bulkier and less comfortable than most in-ear headphones. The earcups and hard rear cable can be easily bumped, causing noise and potentially knocking the headphones off my head. The earbuds connect easily to my phone's Bluetooth. There is no app or equalizer that tries to improve the clarity of the sound. They're advertised with a USB-C connector, but that's not true. They use an old-fashioned micro-USB charging cable, so I can't use a USB-C charger to charge these headphones. I had to dig up an old USB-A charger to plug in the included micro-USB cable. The big plus (or only plus) of these headphones over in-ear headphones is that I can hear more of the surrounding noise, which is useful when I'm walking on a public sidewalk or using public transport and I'm worried about being attacked by cars or robber.

Pros
  • β˜…Upgraded battery - almost 6 hours of use per charge, open-back headphones can accompany you to finish the marathon. Large 140mAh battery, strong battery life extension, last 6-8 hours of music playing when fully charged.
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
