Kneeling for the Pose
Good item to use for posing during photography. I suppose you can also use them to sit on and "cushion" those hard seats at various places. They are pretty comfortable, though I thought they would be thicker. Still, they work and that's all that matters. I have used them a couple of times and had no complaints.
- Use:as a pad in gardening, house cleaning, baby bathing, praying, and fitness like gym, yoga.
- The knee pads may not provide enough support for those with preexisting knee problems, potentially exacerbating discomfort or pain during use
