The system was easy enough for me (and my colleagues) as new users but also had all the features I needed when it came to using this software.
It could be improved by making some changes so that you can have more control over who has access/can see what within certain sections of an account or project etc - however there are other systems out now which do not seem like they will offer such great flexibility! We use OntheRun at work to manage customer accounts across different teams / departments internally and externally customers.
