FireWire computer port with 800 to 400 device port adapter cable.
I changed it to black before shipping as it looked better and is good quality. I use it to connect an outdated digital music interface to a new computer and it works great. Haven't tried using the Thunderbolt port with my TB-FW 800 adapter yet, but that part seems solid so far.
