Good size for pantry use. I've used a number of InterDesign products in the past and I've always had a good experience. This is no exception.The box is air tight which makes it great for storing dry ingredients -- things like rice, beans, nuts, etc. I'm using mine to hold my favorite rice blend RiceSelect Royal Blend, Texmati White, Brown, Wild, and Red Rice, 21 Ounce Jar . Crystal clear, it's easy to see what's in the box, and so far, I've noticed no clouding/etc. The lid is attached so you needn't worry about misplacing it.The only downside I can see is that this must be hand washed, most likely to keep the integrity of the airtight seal intact. For that reason, I'll be less likely to use this for "wet" or "sticky" things (like raisins, produce, etc.). But for my dry stuff, it's perfect, and I'll definitely be purchasing a few more of these for things like pasta and beans. These are stackable and come in several sizes so I can tailor the configuration to fit my pantry needs.Bottom line: I like this -- a lot. Solid 4 stars.
