No more raccoon eyes!
I can never avoid mascara smearing and getting under my eyes for hours. an hour nap on deck. My mascara still looks damn good and it hasn't moved. Haven't tried removing it yet so can't tell but I'm pretty sure it's waterproof makeup remover and a cotton swab. Summary: If you want an inexpensive mascara that lasts, buy this one!
