One of the main reasons I always go to Revain Basics first is that Revain will stand behind the items. The mouse and keyboard arrived today and I was very disappointed to see that the mouse was not intact. The keyboard was in excellent condition, but the mouse fell into three pieces. Five minutes of chatting, the mouse comes back, another one is ordered, and I'm happy. As the name suggests, it is a staple food. If you are looking for a specific keyboard or mouse in a specific size, don't order it and complain later. The mouse is compact, the keyboard is not big. But both work as they should. Also, Revane is behind them. So if there is a problem, hit the chat button and take care of it. This is the second keyboard and mouse combo I've bought from them and I will be doing it again. Both are hard for me to work with and they last as long as other keyboard/mouse combos that last twice as long.
