I really like TWIG headphones for several reasons. The sound is fantastic and of excellent quality. I compared the sound with my Apple Airpods and BeatsX wireless headphones; the sound in the TWIG headphones has a great "punch" and seems to be coming out of my head. I don't have any distortion or other audio issues either. That's very pleasant. The free app helps me adjust my audio settings, ping my headphones if they don't fit properly, and check battery life. It was easy to set up on my iPhone. You must create an account to use the app; I was able to use my Facebook account as a login, which came in handy. A few clicks and I'm logged in. The case is stylish, compact and fast charging. Most importantly, the headphones are incredibly comfortable! They don't hurt my ears like others. They are also stable once placed in my ear. I use them when I work, walk my dogs and play sports. They don't fall out easily, which is a big bonus.
