They're not as effective as F-41 Pink lenses, but they do have benefits. They don't distort the colors on computer and TV screens, and because they're sharp, they're much easier to read than pink lenses. Amber is the worst. They are a little tight but you can stretch them by hand. You can also shape the part that goes behind the ears. I think they look good. I don't have migraines, but I have severe photophobia. The whole world hurts your eyes! (This is a side effect of macular degeneration.) I've spent a lot of time and money buying lots of equipment. When my eyes hurt from it, I switch to pink F-41 lenses. They are much better for reading, everyday tasks and watching TV. And they are much cheaper than F-41 lenses. I highly recommend it.
