When I found out that Bialetti, who makes the amazing Moka Pot, offers their own coffee, I decided to give it a try. I dusted off my coffee pot, ordered online and brewed coffee. Instead of guessing my grind and changing it for each coffee, I found it was the perfect extraction the first time and every time thereafter. No more over-extraction and grinder adjustments, no more acid in the extraction and grinder adjustments. Getting the grind right makes life a lot easier and I enjoy my moka pot a lot more often than I used to. Excellent purchase!
