Very simple, brilliant idea. The ideal hose for connection to the flexible hoses of the tank. However, it has its downsides. First, the faucet adapter didn't screw in with the thick rubber gasket. So I removed the gasket but then there was nothing to hold the strainer in place and water started splashing between the faucet and the adapter. Then when I pulled the hose over the adapter, it simply disconnected the adapter from the faucet. I had to repeat this a few times before pulling out the vise and permanently screwing the adapter onto the faucet. Also, the faucet has a very low profile, so the hose is prone to kinking. I prefer to flush the septic tank with hot water, but the heat of the water softens the rubber hose very much. It got so soft I thought it was going to fail. On the plus side, this kit is definitely better than running the hose outside EVERY DAY! When everything is within reach, you have much more control over the whole process of flushing the septic tank.
