I've always appreciated the quality of Jansport and even now as I write this low rated review I'm sure it's most likely still a good one Investment and my experience is exceptional but it shouldn't be and I'm disappointed. Flash on that burst immediately. I got in touch here immediately to send back but was told I would need to set up a return via the Jansport website where they then instructed me to return via the post office and at my own expense. Also of note is that this was in the middle of a pandemic as access to the post office was not easy. I usually return items for free by post using the (free) Amazon hub. Therefore, consider only ordering here if you are able to go through the lengthy exchange/return process.
